GARY SMITH-President

After joining Manuel Bros. in 1982 as a project estimator, Gary quickly moved into the role of Project Manager and then General Manager. In 1992 Gary was named Vice President and in 1998 took the role as President. Since Gary joined our team, revenues have increased from $3 million to $98 million. A large part of this increase can be attributed to his management talent and estimating expertise. As President, Gary oversees all estimating, project scheduling and job progress through completion. This enables him to maintain close surveillance over daily project activities. |
LOGAN TEAL - Vice President

Logan Teal has over 30 years experience in underground (sewer, water, drainage, electrical and communication) pipeline construction. Logan began working for Manuel Bros. Inc. in 1979 as an estimator and office manager. Over the years he has also filled the roles of superintendent and project manager, coordinating, and overseeing the installation of many power and communication systems for developers and utility agencies. With Logan’s vast experience, knowledge and business insight, he currently serves as vice president overseeing all aspects of business operations |
ROBERT MOEN - Controller

As controller, Rob Moen is responsible for the financial planning, analysis, accounting, cash flow projections, budgeting, cost control, and general office administration for all divisions. Rob reports to Manuel Bros. corporate office Quanta Services in Houston, TX. Rob has been with Manuel Bros. since 1993. |
